   Answer: We are a professional manufacturing factory based in Ningbo, China, with our own dedicated international trade team to provide you with one-stop sourcing and export services.

2. Can I get a sample before placing a formal order?
   Answer: Absolutely, samples are available for your quality evaluation. Normally, our standard samples are provided free of charge, you only need to cover the corresponding courier freight.

3. Where is your factory located? How can I arrange a visit?
   Answer: Our factory is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. You can take an international flight to Ningbo Lishe International Airport, or arrive at Shanghai Pudong/ Hongqiao Airport which is around 2 hours' drive from our factory. All global customers are warmly welcomed to visit our production line and quality control workshop at any time.

4. How does your factory carry out quality control?
   Answer: Quality is always our top priority. We implement full-process strict quality control from raw material incoming inspection, production process tracking to finished product testing. Our entire manufacturing system is certified to ISO 9001 standard to ensure consistent and reliable product performance.

5. What is your normal production lead time?
   Answer: Our standard lead time is 10-20 working days after receiving your formal prepayment, for urgent orders we can also arrange a special production schedule to meet your delivery requirements.

6. What payment terms can you accept?
   Answer: For small sample orders and courier fees, we support both PayPal and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). For bulk formal orders, we adopt 100% T/T at sight or negotiable partial deposit + balance before shipment terms to protect both parties' interests.

7. Is OEM/ODM service available?
