Absolutely. Standard mechanical seal samples are available upon request, and most of them are provided completely free of charge for your performance testing.
Where is your factory located and how can I arrange a visit?
Our production base is located in Ningbo, China. You can take a direct flight to Ningbo Lishe International Airport (30 minutes' drive from our factory) or Shanghai's airports, and we offer free pick-up service for all visiting domestic and overseas clients. You are warmly welcome to inspect our production lines and testing facilities at any time.
How does your factory manage quality control?
Quality is our top priority for all mechanical seal products. We implement strict full-process quality inspection from raw material incoming check to finished product pressure and wear testing. Our factory has obtained ISO9001 quality system certification, and all products are traceable with complete quality records.
What is your standard production lead time?
The standard lead time for mechanical seal orders is 10 to 20 working days after receiving your prepayment. For urgent replacement orders of common models, we can arrange priority production to shorten the delivery period.
What payment methods do you support?
For small sample shipping fees, you can choose to pay via PayPal or T/T. For large formal industrial orders, we adopt T/T at sight as the standard payment term, and we can discuss flexible payment plans for long-term cooperative clients.
Do you support OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services for all our mechanical seals and fluid equipment. We can customize materials, dimensions, logos and packaging according to your requirements, and also develop exclusive seal solutions for special working conditions.
Can I purchase complete pumps and related pump parts from your company?
Certainly. We not only supply full-series mechanical seals, but also provide supporting pumps and pump spare parts, including lobe pumps, compound homogeneous pumps, homogeneous emulsification pumps and other fluid equipment products.
