Q3: Where is your factory located? How can I arrange a visit?
A: Our factory is based in Ningbo, China. You can take an international flight directly to Ningbo Lishe International Airport, or fly to Shanghai Pudong Airport which is only about 2 hours' drive from our factory. All domestic and overseas clients are warmly welcomed to visit our production workshop at your convenience.

A: For standard models, the delivery time is 10-20 working days after we receive your prepayment. For customized non-standard products, we will confirm the exact timeline with you separately according to the specific technical requirements.

A: For small amount of sample shipping fees, we support both PayPal and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). For formal bulk orders, we adopt 30% T/T deposit in advance and 70% balance T/T at sight against copy of shipping documents.
